Here at Minooy, we take pride in establishing great communication with our customers. If they need something not currently on the web site, we can design a new product to meet their needs. This was the case with the Robin Wallet.
Our customer desperately needed a new wallet and she wanted one to coordinate with her new bag of course. She had a lot of cards and items she had to carry and her old wallet was so crammed that it wouldn't even fold in half anymore. The leather had seen much better days, nothing was secure and it all ended up sliding out and into the bottom of her purse. She changes her bag at least once a week or more often so ease of just moving the wallet was a real time saver.
Our designer worked with our customer to make a wallet which could hold multiple stacks of cards, coins, cash, identification and even a couple of headache tablets if necessary. She insisted that the leather be brightly colored so it cheerful and easy to see in a dark bag.
During our conversations with the client about her lifestyle, wardrobe and what she needed from a new wallet, she told us the story of her daughter, a beautiful young woman who was joyful and vivacious with a spark of energy which could light up a room. Sadly, the young woman had died of a genetic disease a few years ago, leaving behind her devastated parents, her fiance and, literally, hundreds of friends. Her mother asked that the new wallet be named Robin in her daughter's honor. She hopes that the bright colors bring a little smile and a tiny bit of brightness to their owners during these dark times.

Recently received my new Robin wallet. It has been crafted to hold everything you can think of in a wallet. Love the pull out insert to allow you to take just a few cards for those occasions you don’t need your whole wallet. The leather is soft and feels luxurious to the touch.

Though I don’t know how long I’ll get to keep the wallet, my daughter who is one of Robins namesakes if very much in love with it and keeps stealing it from me. I’m so happy to have a little something with her name on it to carry with me always.

I received my beautiful gift from Kerry, Robin’s mom. I knew Robin since we were kids. Watched her grow, watched her laugh, watched her chase after the things she wanted in life. She was a true example of living life to it’s fullest. My wallet is a small representation of that. With the green being representative of nature, life, and God in Islam, it makes for a perfect remeinder of the legacy Robin left behind. Not a day goes by that I don’t miss her and having this wallet allows me to carry her with me every day.
